The person who checked us in was such an amazing person! He was so nice and welcoming!! He had the lobby smelling so good!

The lady who was at checkout was rude! She accused me of being the person who threw up in the lobby and I mentioned to her it wasn’t me or my friends!! If she would have seen the cameras she would have known who it was and what room number they were in, instead of accusing other people. I called to extend my stay and she was rude about it and she lied to me and my friend saying it was booked but when we left we checked to see if it was and it wasn’t. We would just like for the future for honest people

There was rust in the sink in the kitchenette, "overly" worn blanket on the bed, mattress should have been replaced years ago and shower so worn and filthy we would not use it. Upgrades badly needed and cleaning staff needs more training.

Read above quote, nothing to like but the price. People would pay more for a cleaner surrounding.

Dirty looked an illegal drug place

We arrived after 10pm. The front desk was closed. No problem, signs in the lobby said to dial “0” on lobby phone for after hours check in and a team member will be with you shortly. I called 5-6 times, let the phone ring over 20times each time. No one answered and no one came. It was late, I get it. We had unforeseen circumstances and arrived much later than planned. No where on the website can I find it stated that after hour check in would be impossible. I’m very disappointed, I feel their system is inadequate and does not serve customers well. After waiting and calling we left and went to the Holiday Inn down the street. It was a great experience and they have a 24 hr staffed front desk. I sure if you arrive prior to 20pm this hotel would be great. Unfortunately, we will never know
