"ROACH HOTEL"

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Hallways stink horribly! Rooms look like a craphole! Roaches all in the refrigerator and microwave and on tables. And way overpriced! Worst hotel I have ever ever been to!!!!

The room stunk of BO. The hallways stunk terrible. Hallway carpets covered in stains. everything smelled terrible. Would never stay there again. No ice in the building. No vending machines. No hand towels. No soap for the kitchen sink, only 1 tiny bar of soap as the only amenity of the entire place.

"Roaches everywhere"

Absolutely disgusting. The lobby smelled terrible and the floors were filthy. When we got to our room, there was a used towel and a Q-tip behind the door—clearly missed when they ‘cleaned.’ We dropped our bags and went out to dinner, but when we returned there were roaches everywhere—inside our food, our bags, and crawling all over the walls. We left immediately. Priceline refunded us, but we still lost all the food we had just bought at Rick’s. Horrible experience.

Nasty not clean roaches, staff very rude I checked out a day earlier than expected and she wouldn’t give me a receipt and wouldn’t give me my refund

This place was disgusting! There was a smell when I got in that I assumed was someone cooking, but when I got to my floor I knew it was just the place. It was so bad I couldn’t sleep, I ended up booking a room at a holiday inn express and trying to get a refund that they apparently denied. If you get the opportunity to stay here, DO NOT take it. Sleep in your car if you have to.
