Extended Stay America Select Suites - Fayetteville - Springdale

The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and smelled clean. Would continue to stay there again and I have been recommended it to others that come stay in the area and need a place to stay

The bed in room 109 was uncomfortable and hard as a rock. The only room we have stayed in with that problem.

Nothing was up to our expectations

Very dirty. Room was too noisy due to the Highway being so close to the room. Had to change rooms at q:30 a.m. the service manager seemed disturbed that he was called to meet me in the lobby and assist with giving us another room. I thanked him but he said I needed to thank the cleaning staff who were upset with us. The room we moved to was quieter but had roaches. There were no toiletries like in a normal hotel.

The once young man that checked me in was exceptionally kind and professional. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

The reason for the trip. It was to attend my Daddy's funeral.

The location was good for us it was just a seven minutes away from our daughter. Our room was clean and cozy like a little studio apartment. The bed was comfortable.

The front desk isn't open after 10pm and they dont open until 9am during the week, and 10am on the weekends. The lobby smelled, the carpets were stained. Strictly a place for people with pets. If you don't have a pet don't.
