It was 5 star but looks like 4 star hotel, but totally good

Хороший термальный бассейн, сауна, хамам, фитнес центр - все включено в стоимость номера. Предоставляются банные халаты, тапочки и полотенца. Это очень удобно для посещения термального центра. Персонал оперативно реагировал на наши просьбы: заказали для нас автобусный трансфер до аэропорта, в течение 15 минут устранили поломку в ванной комнате. Рекомендуем отель для спокойного оздоровительного отдыха. The hotel is located in a quiet place on the outskirts of the village. To the center of Karahayit 10-15 minutes walk. Delicious food, comfortable clean rooms with daily cleaning. Beautiful and well-groomed hotel area. A good thermal pool, sauna, hammam, fitness center - all included in the room rate. Bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. It is very convenient for visiting the thermal center. The staff responded promptly to our requests: they booked a bus transfer to the airport for us, eliminated the breakdown in the bathroom within 15 minutes. Recommended hotel for a relaxing wellness stay.

The hotel is short in staffs and room is dirty and no amenities provided. Dining area is a little run down and dirty. The only good thing of the hotel is their location, only a short ride to Pamukkale.

Very small bathroom,Room looks very simple so needs some embellishment,phone for room service didn't work.Good location and amazing sea view.Also nice breakfast

We spent a very relaxing week, the chef produces a great variety and of good quality food and there is always plenty. Breakfast and dinner only, but people seem to take enough away at breakfast for their lunch. They have indoor and outside Thermal spas was relaxing but i did nt feel the whole of the inside spa complex was clean enough. Close to north gate of Pamukkale. We were the only europeans there . only complaints are during a wedding day we became surplus to requirements and the pool and bar became out of bounds, also a herbal life convention completely took over .

Stayed on half board option, better to take full board.good value for price paid. taxis are very expensive, but used public transport, cheap. Location of hotel is tops. Nearest airport is Denizli.

This is not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel in Turkey. All the necessary services are there, food was surprisingly quite good but the condition of the hotel, the cleanness of the pool area could definitely be improved not to spoil the impression. However, we were told this is the best hotel in the area so I think my disappointment was caused mainly by having a much higher expectation of the place. Plus definitely avoid going there during bayram (holiday) times - too crowded and too many kids :)

Very good hotel near Karahayit village. They have bicycles to hire which I would recommend you to use to cycle and explore Karahayit. The outdoor thermal pools get cold in February but the indoor one is well used and facilities are excellent. Especially busy on Saturdays as local tour groups come for the weekend. I was disappointed with our room though. Wasn't cleaned properly. There were crumbs left from previous guests' stay. The room light wouldn't switch off at all meaning we had to sleep with lights on. Even though we complained nothing was done about it. Live music at night is quite loud and can be heard from the room we were in. Having said that, we were impressed with staff and their over and beyond attitude. Ayla looked after our needs. My wife couldn't use the public pool so Ayla arranged a private pool just for us for free which was a pleasant surprise. She was in constant contact with us through WhatsApp which meant we could reach her whenever we needed something, even when she wasn't at work which was different, but a welcome and reassuring experience. She even organised our 1 day excursion of Pamukkale for us. The hotel's spa and massage facilities were awesome! Reasonably priced and exceptional service. For the price I paid it was definitely very good value for money with exceptional service. I would definitely recommend this if you ever visit Pamukkale.

I have been staying in this hotel at various times since opening.. There was problem with the heating system, chief mechanic came and the problem was solved. It is unfortunate that the technical problem could only be found by a guest who was familiar with the systems. Bathroom door could not be closed. This was a common problem with other guests I talked to. I suppose they could not find proper carpenter to fit the locks. Considering the full occupancy other little mishaps could be overlooked. The fact the heating system malfunction and bathroom door closure problem shows overall lack of technical maintenance and of course checkin. Shower crevices had mildew.
