Very nice, nice staff and food. Swimming pool is a dream

Location, check in and out was great, staff were very polite and efficient. Property is reasonably modern and well setup but carpet looks horrible and neglected. Food was plenty but quite average quality.

The hotel was super nice and the pools and breakfast was great. The one thing was that the carpets where very dirty and need replacing. We booked the hotel at a great price of $62 a night for a standard room but the hotel posted rate was 150 euro which I think was too much for the hotel personally

Modern property, perfectly tuned for large business events. Good location, close to major area attractions. Staff was very collaborative and efficient still, not proficient in English. Communication proved to be challenging sometimes. Breakfast/Food could be better.

We waited a long time for our room to be made available. The condition of the hotel wasnt great and lacked 5 star quality.

Lovely Hotel with excellent facilities to cool down and rest after a hot day touring and sightseeing. Nice breakfast and dinner options spaced out considering the large groups they cater for. Corridor carpets are a bit musty /smelly and could do with a makeover. Check in does take a bit longer than normal with rooms not always guaranteed to be ready on time from our experience.

We had a problem upon check-in as room was much smaller than advertised and did not have the necessary items for 3 individuals. Concerns dismissed by check-in staff. We then met up with Ayala from guest services who quickly and successfully resolved all issues. She made the faction a great success. * be aware that all drinks are extra even though the room had full board!

There was only one member of the staff helpfully, the one that speak English he was brilliant. The girls were not interested to be there,in restorant waiter with glasses absolutely rude. Ever time management was eating there ,his hole attention was dedicated to them. It didn’t make me fill comfortable at all. It felt I didn’t belong there No option or tips of what to do during the day. No quick introduction of the hotel facilities of where everything was something that I believe every visitor needs to be aware of. Be in far from other restaurant doesn’t help for lunch meaning if you don’t drive you will be starved for food. No outside swimming pool!! under construction mean nothing exlapined by staff???

Flea market sort of like condition. The worst bed and pillows i have experienced in my hotel stay and travel. The only good part was the free breakfast and dinner... Cat was in the dining area and was being fed by guest. And i am allergic to cats and dogs danders.

The stay was good, but the staff wasn't helpful and didn't know english. I called Richmond before checking in but i was put on hold by the staff saying 'he is busy with checkouts', when i called again the staff was not helpful. At hotel, i asked the staff (the one who is supposed to know english) if he could tell me the shuttle charges from hotel to airport, he said 30TL or 40TL, I asked can you be exact if its 30 or 40, after staring at me for few seconds he says rudely, 'lady, is there anything i can help you with?' I am like 'no thanks'
