We came in at 3 o clock and despite check in being advertised at 2 pm, none of our 4 rooms were ready. We had to wait a full 50 minutes before getting our keys. The staff also does not smile and doesn’t communicate well with guests. It took them a good 25 to 30 minutes to process the registration without keeping us updated on what was happening. The rooms look pretty old. The refresh is long overdue.

Check in time is 2pm, but they are not ready with my room at 240pm. Waited 40minutes for my room to get ready. Already very tired from Early morning flight but still have to wait for them to take their own sweet time. Front desk not friendly at all, refuse to provide information when I ask. Rooms are not very clean, dust all over bed frame. Their housekeeper run into our room when we are already inside the room. Rude. Breakfast are bad. Thermal pool is fine.

Stayed here for a night and it was absolute amazing. Very few nice hotels found in the area but this was fantastic. Enjoyed the free indoor thermal pool, suana room. The breakfast was also superb with a massive range of items.

Excellent location. Very big indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Huge regular swimming pool. Kids play area. Good breakfast. Cooperative staff. Good suana.
