Richmond Pamukkale Thermal

This is a typical tourist package hotel filled with too many package tour tourists, therefore hotel is stretched for staff to service people. Check in took too much time, the goof served at dinner was low quality. The aircons in most of the rooms don't work, so the service guy came after 3 calls and then since he could not repair, he replaced with a fan :-))) had no option but to take the fan. Even the fan was not working, so had to be replaced!!! The pool was over crowded with people. Reception staff could surely be more polite but they are stretched. Overall a bad experience.

This was the worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in . It was like a motel the rooms stunk like they have never been opened , we we very disappointed

OK hotel. Many groups of tourists to come. Restaurant is always crowded. Not much choice of food, tasted so so. Room is ok, hot pool is great, staff is wonderful and very very helpful (the highlight of our trip.)

The hotel felt like a stationary cruise ship (which isn’t my cup of tea) but the beds were very comfortable, the thermal pool was lovely and the front desk staff was extremely helpful.

Service is appalling, food not good at all, staff barely speak english and are quite rude

For 5 star very dissapointing . Supper was served hostel style. Food was terrible. 3 pm room wasn't cleaned. No tea, coffee station in room. Breakfast was also very bad. Bread was hard and stale. No Yoghurt. Eggs where like rubber. Definitely don't recommend this hotel.

Service was poor. Although the hotel has nice amenities, rooms were dirty. We stayed for 4 days and on all days our key card would stop working after 8 to 10 hours. WIFI was not available in the room. Hotel does not have elevator and hence the bellboys had to carry the bags which was accessed very roughly. We saw the bellboy throwing bags from the stairs which would surely damage items and bags while transfer.

Very relaxed. Very nice spa / hot springs and swimming pools.

Proximity to major attractions. Nice indoor and outdoor thermal pools. A large regular pool. Good food.
