Gran Festivall Resort

Hotel room in bad conditions, hole on the wall, loose tiles broken, rusty mirrors broken chairs, the security latch on door was extremely loose,i was very dissapointed.

I have stayed on this hotel probably like 25 years ago and it was great! This time I wanted my kids to have the same experience as me when I was myself a child!. The first room they assigned to us was really rundown!!! Seemed they just keep patching things up as they broke... even different materials but the worse of all was the AC wasn't working at all.... tried to call front font lobby and the phone wasn't working.... the cable was broken. I was able to call from my own cell phone. They told me they will assign maintenance right away... well after 2.5 hours we were still sweating!!! I went to the lobby and after talking to several people they finally agreed to give us another room. In this new room the AC was working! What a relief! But still the room itself and everything in it seemed like from 25 years ago with no maintenance and patching things up. We found the same in almost all the facilities at this resort. On the high side, the food was good and the personel tried their best!

Flooring,vents and sinks full of grime and gunk. Hotel is dated and upkeep has been poor. The sports and dance entertainment team is awesome.

Nice hotel, great view. The staff were super nice. Excellent food. We have been to this resort several times. Unfortunately , the AC of the room wasn't working, we end it using a fan

In my personal opinion and because this Hotel is huge, when is crowded they must be established times to go to the buffet, because people doesn't find tables and make big lines to go in and also the access to the poor quality food, the crew working there doesn't have time for you because are really busy, the same for the pool or others areas. There are one Italian Restaurant, this is good and the waitress service are ok, but you need an appt. and make another big line to get that. The rooms are uncomfortables and need maintance, A/C didn't work.

Food and beverage quality is bad. Rooms are not cleaned and need desperate remodel. The only great thing is the number of pools and the amazing nightly shows. The dancers are amazing and should find a job at a better hotel.

Staff was very friendly, very good food, the pool was very big, good atmosphere.

Hotel needs upgrading money was stolen from us out of ATM staff not overly welcoming.
