Poor quality, need more upgrade, better service and hospitality, poor quality food

POOLS NEED TO BE CLEAN AND SOME OF THE STAFF NEEDS TO BE MORE FRIENDLY

It was good, they have great shows and people are very friendly. Only thing i would change is the comfort of the beds and better food.

This property was built in 1979. Not many upgrades since that era. The place looks very run down. The food is not very good and the drinks are horrible. The only good thing about this place was the friendly staff in the main dining room. We only stayed one night but it was one night too many!

Resort needs a major remodeling. Bathrooms were horrible, ac did not work.

Old...nothing works: broken air conditioner, broken toilet, broken door to outdoors, kitchenette dirty, no phone service.

This hotel has the best and anything that you need to have a nice family vacation. The only downside was that I encounter a big group from sedesol in the hotel too. They did not know how to behave. They smoke in restaurants, events etc. they were noisy and didn't show consideration for others.

My 4 year old son was bit by bed bugs, rust on plumbing, rust on sink drains, buildings were discolored and paint was chiping, landscaping was bad
