Gran Festivall Resort

The room was dirty no shower curtains in the showers no towels no ac its just air. The room smelled alot of rust and mold and then on top of that it was so uncomfortable. The activities are so far away from each other its time consuming

La propidad nesecita mantenimiento. No havia agua para tomar. No papel del baño. La toallas muy viejas daba asco usarlas.

Entertainment was amazing. The food and upkeep of the hotel could do with a bit of work

Our first room was full of ants, air conditioner not working, and

Friendly staff, all inclusive drinks and food all you any to consume. Events for the guest all day long. 2 bedroom villas one is up stairs with very narrow stair way, not sure if you can get a big suitcase up there (or might be very hard to do so). NO WIFI IN ROOMS, it states that on info but only wifi in lobby a nice wall to get there depending where your villa is. You can visit the beach by crossing a bridge that belongs to resort only. But no umbrellas or chairs once you get to beach. They do have a bar next to beach for your drinks, and a restaurant that open certain hours at the beach. Food: Not the best for the price they can have better and tastier good. The best we had what beans and chips. Pools are good, little old but nice and big. Be ready for some walking resort is big. Shows at great entertainment for the entire family.

Horrible customer service. They didn’t have our reservation on file and they took over an hour to find it and were so rude while doing it. Our rooms had no towels and no water and they would get angry when we’d ask for them. Our ac never worked all they would say is we will send maintenance to fix.

El peor hotel, no me dieron habitacion, no tenian habitaciones!! No me dejaron qurdarme, no respetaron la reservacion

Everything we needed to make a great vacation!!! Kids and adults all had a blast!! Staff was wonderful.
