Gran Festivall Resort

Its a beatiful place unfortunately, the rooms need to be cleaned, they have a fungus smell and AC did not work. The room room did not have enough sheets .

We love Gran Festivall, we’ve stayed here many different occasions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are great, beach is wonderful. The rooms need to be updated, cleaned and just a little more love and attention. Bathrooms in common areas need to have lights especially if you’re using them at night it was so hard to use them without a light, we had to turn on the flashlight on our phone. A really nice hotel, the property just needs some touch ups and needs to be cleaner.

Broken toilet . No responce to the problem Very old rooms no maintenance . Thing two times before go there 😁

Expensive and in very bad shape all around

Property looked very outdated. Air conditioning in rooms was not good the rooms were hot . Didn’t enjoy my stay best part of the stay was there breakfast and the night show don’t think I will ever stay there again

We’ve been here before and thought we know what to expect but that was pre Covid. This hotel never bounced back after and honestly I don’t think it will. Everything is run down from the rooms that are falling apart literally ( our room got flooded from the top to the bottom due to clogged drain on a patio during a normal storm), paint is chipping off the walls inside and outside, grass is not getting cut, kids club is run down,waterside closed with a plastic chair… the list can go on and on. The food choices are very limited, not near what you expect for an all inclusive hotel. Sadly we will not return here.
