Gran Festivall Resort

the rooms do not have good air conditioning and very small felt a lot of humidity inside the room

We have gone to Gran Festival a number of times...always enjoy it. Very family friendly...lots to do for all ages.

Room had rusty fridge and stove sinks dont work toilets dont flush. A lot of cats during the day and racoons during the night. Food was the same everyday, beach “seafood” restaurant serving no seafood, we had to order seafood from another local restaurant, italian restaurant a total yuck it wasnt italian at all. Waterslides and archery closed 2 more restaurants closed.check in is at 4 so you basically pay a full day for less than half a day and to check out they push you out other wise they will charge you extra. Nothing like it was before

Overall was a good stay, keep up the good work!

This hotel used to be one of the best many years ago, now it is disappointing. The rooms are dirty, the A/C was not working, the food was cold, and the slides were not working. I won’t come back

To start off our room was filthy our bed sheets had hair all over, we didn’t have toilet paper, our phone for room service didn’t work and I told them and the staff didn’t care at all WiFi sucks. Food is nasty it was like I was at a motel or worst
