"It was relaxing the Friday we got there, but the next day was super noisy and busy."

The hot pools. The seating places, it’s clean and lovely.

Did not like the noise level from kids shouting after 10:00pm if your room is facing pools. The hotel can do with upgrades of carpets and cleanliness. It definitely needs to be renovated.

Hot springs

Rooms are horrible. Run down. Everything looks old. Back in the 80's. I would not call it a resort more like a Motel

Bathroom had not been cleaned in original room. Long black hairs in tub, on walls and floor. Evident soap/shampoo spatters. Front desk moved us to a suite.
