"Area wonderful. Hotel unkept."

Beds were comfortable. Desk service was very pleasant and helpful. Location was good. Shops cute and friendly in port Jefferson within walking distance. Was a beautiful area for walking.

Bathroom floor was filthy. Lighting was poor in room. Would be nice if there was a full length mirror in room. Things falling apart. Had to get towels and wash clothes, reserved for 3 people, got 1 washcloth and 2 towels. Did not have room stocked well with enough coffee cups, creamer, sweetener.

"Lovely local, staff needs to be more forthcoming about rooms and their surroundings."

Great location, nice staff.

We purchased upgraded room 0ur room was located near a ballroom. Both nights we were there they had LOUD parties. Music was thumbing through walls, people outside room were partying loudly. They should given us the option of NOT being placed near ballroom. Place isnโ€™t cheap, upset we were subjected to disco central.

The people at reception told us that our vehicle that was parked in their lot was ok but we had a notice from police on windshield next morning
