Location, the front desk agent was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was convenient and service was good.

We were disappointed with the facilities. We upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite loft. However, the room smelled musty, and there were several small holes in the wall. The radiator had panels falling apart. The couch was stained, and the pull-out mattress was uncomfortable. The lighting was very poor. It's a shame because the location is excellent, and it has charm, but owner needs to invest into making it more comfortable, clean and updated.
