Size of the room

No hot water front desk was rude when we told her. Moved us to another room just for Luke warm water and bathtub piece broken so no bath. The faucets have to be turned to the cold side because they are on wrong.

I was denied a stay that was booked online and was told it was because I was a resident of Kansas City. That’s shouldn’t have anything to do with allowing anyone to stay after the room was already paid for. Now I’m waiting on a refund that could take a week for this policy that they have. I will not have anything good to say about a Hilton hotel.

"Horrible "

Room wasn't very clean, beds were hard, room ended up not as advertised. Food was horrible and cold, was definitely not worth the price. Springhill suites has a way better breakfast and all the same food and usually free with a better quality not a 14 dollar up charge for a waffle. Staff for breakfast not great. One of the Elevators broke for a short time. Front desk and housekeeping staff was nice. Found a pill under the couch could be seen from the bed.

The best thing about this restaurant is the nearby Hereford House. If you stay here, don't miss it. The staff at the hotel was wonderful.

Great service from the staff! It's been a few years since I last stayed with multiple rooms and family. All found the facility with noticeable wear & tear. Overall, a good experience.
