It was relaxing and peaceful

The floor to my room was not cleaned prior to.my arrival. I reported the issue and someone came to vacuum the floor later

I travel all over the world and stay in lots of hotels. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly (shout out to Kayla at front desk) and accommodating. This is becoming more and more rare these days. Keep up the good work!

The environment and inside the rooms are extremely clean

Reception & Resturant staff, ample space in room and atrium, good parking, close to highway 91 but no noise.

Room servicing, sloppy, timing extremely variable, missed replacement items , shampoo dispensers empty and not checked plus water, toilet roll creamer sachets not always replaced.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of being stranded from the multiple airline cancellations due to the big snow storm. It was about as rough as it can get but the staff at the Marriott could not have been more gracious and helpful throughout my three night stay (and trials in trying to head back home). The employees were also dealing with the weather but they showed up to work to support the guests and their other team members. This is a great reflection on their general manager. He was out there shoveling for most of Monday to help his team and guests. I also overheard a meeting that he had with a large group of his staff and I could understand why the staff were so upbeat and helpful during this period. I can't recommend this property enough and I hope that the owners of the property and Marriott truly appreciate the GM's leadership and the team that he supports.

I so greatly appreciated the assistance and care we received from the overnight staff at the Marriott, specifically from Ashley. She was kind, thoughtful, and discrete when we required help in the middle of the night. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure we were situated and had everything we needed. I come here for business often. Douglas is always in the lounge and is so professional, friendly and helpful. I travel with other colleagues and we hope to see him each time. He goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. You’re lucky to have him here!
