Marriott Hartford/Windsor Airport

Nancy was a very nice and accommodating waitress. She made my breakfast experience really great! She asked me questions, said good morning and wished me a great day. I felt very comfortable

Nancy (the server) provided great, prompt, friendly service at the restaurant. Food was good and the atmosphere was welcoming

THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! Its location in Windsor is nice but this hotel is trash. The room I stayed in was ok. Mostly clean.there was some noise.THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. first the man at the front desk refused to book my family a second room when we needed it and we were denied a roll away, that night we were trying to get into our room that apparently was not in the system.The hotels value is low and the only amenities available were some snacks that had to be paid for at the front desk.I HATE THIS HOTEL AND THIS COMPANY!!! I PREFER HILTON

Not the newest property but still well kept up. Staff is helpful and considerate. Joann at the front desk was especially excellent. She helped me get an item I left in my room and wouldn’t take a tip. Reasonable rates and spacious rooms for the area..

New to the area for business. I have been staying at the hotel throughout the month. The front desk personnel are fantastic in general, but Madie Johanson in particular (I asked for her name), was really amazing. She went above and beyond to clear up a major booking issue, set me up in the business center when my printer failed (saving the day), and was extremely pleasant and professional throughout. She has had solid recommendations for local hotspots. Some I've tried and others that I look forward to in the future.
