Visited in in Early September. Check in was smooth and quick, which was appreciated after a long flight. As a Marriott Platinum though, no upgrade was mentioned or given. As a Marriott Platinum the breakfast is in the M Lounge, which has a pretty limited selection of choices. Main Breakfast is in the the Reverend Restaurant. Ate at Reverend once in the evening and the service was good and the pizza was good. Rooms don't appear to have much sound proofing and you can hear other people next door speaking (or whistling, or singing!). Gym was okay, with basic equipment. One point to note is that I noticed at check out $8 had been added as a result of a purchase at the 'gift shop' which was not correct, and there was no traceability in terms of signatures or receipts, so it may be difficult to dispute charges in the event of an error. Okay, but better options in the area, considering the price point.

The staff at this Hotel is excellent. Everyone from the Front Desk Staff, the Restaurant and Bar personnel, and the Shuttle Driver --John Sanderson. John went out of his way to bring my glasses to me when I inadvertently left them in the shuttle. The food that I had at the restaurant was also very good. I travel a lot for business so to be treated so courteously is such a joy! Shout out to the housekeeping staff. My room was impeccably clean. Thank you Loren Kolba, Contracts Manager, Bombardier Aircraft
