I have a great experience every time I come to the area for work. The M Club Lounge had great service. Tina served us and did a fantastic job.

Lovely stay at the hotel. Restaurant was good and bar had nice selection. Drawback was they said they have room service but wanted to charge me much more to bring the same plastic containers to my room that I walked down to the lobby to get. So I would not call that room service.

Stayed at the Hartford/Windsor Marriott Airport and was thoroughly impressed. Though I had business downtown, I specifically chose this property because it was way cheaper, and I'm really glad I did. The rooms are large, quiet, and very comfortable, with air conditioning that really works well. The bathrooms have walk-in showers with full doors, which is a welcome change from the usual Marriott property setup. Everything felt clean, functional, and really nice for the price. Surprisingly, it also has an M Club. It was clean, well-stocked, and had a quiet, upscale atmosphere. Although it wasn't open all day, Douglas (evening) and Joel (morning) brought top-tier service. Even though there are some neighborhood eatery options the hotel shuttle will run you to, I had dinner one night at Reverend’s inside the hotel. To my surprise, the burger I had there was way better than a steak I’d had earlier at a well-known restaurant downtown. The food was excellent, but the service was also great. Will was a great presence at the bar area. And then there’s John, the shuttle driver, who deserves his own spotlight. He drove us to dinner one evening and dropped me at the airport the next day. He’s warm, personable, and can tell you the history of the local area. It was like catching up with an old friend or having your own personal tour guide, rather than taking a hotel shuttle. He alone makes the shuttle service an experience worth having, so there's not much of a need for a rideshare staying here! This property offers great value, excellent service, and a culture of genuine hospitality. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

The airport shuttle was very helpful for our family whose flight had been cancelled.
