The location to other restaurants was great. The staff was friendly but not very helpful.

The pool was dingy and over chlorinated. The restaurant was terrible- food and service.

What’s the point of being a Bonvoy Member when there are pretty much no perks to paying $250 a year to have their card??. Got here early and wanted to check in at 12pm. I wasn’t even acknowledged as a Bonvoy member and told my room wasn’t ready yet, meanwhile people who check in after me were handed their room key. She told me she would call me once the room was ready.. if I waited for that phone call I would still be waiting 2 days later. After a couple of hours I sent a message through the app and it took forever to get a response so I went back to the front desk and spoke to someone else and they acknowledged me as a member and thanked me and finally got my room key. The bathroom door is a farmhouse door with no lock on it, room smelled musty and I cleaned a bunch of black mold off the ac vent, made it a little better, sent a message for 3 toothbrushes and received 1. The room was ok overall. The Resturant downstairs is a mess! The wait staff is understaffed and they just don’t care. No organization and the food is bland. Your best bet is DoorDash or eat off premise. It’s a shame that they can’t get their act together, the Resturant could really make a lot of money with the volume of people that come and go. The plunge pool is tiny and the gym is a joke. If I ever come back in the area I will find other places to stay. I can’t believe what a disappointment this stay has been for me.
