Sheraton Bogota Hotel

I made myself clear “ I have an allergy to black pepper and they serve me food with black pepper on it. They have to call a doctor I give me some medicine. In that aspect, some staff are careless

The hotel is nicely situated in a quiet business district surrounded by good restaurant options. We found the onsite restaurant to our liking, especially the excellent breakfast service provided by Daniela Mandón and her team. The airport shuttle was easy to find and offered convenient transportation to and from the hotel. The check in process was simple. We had questions about walking around the neighborhood and were expertly assisted by Mr. Jojairo who is excellent at answering questions from tourists. He is a valuable asset to this locale. Vladimir also provided excellent service at the lobby restaurant for lunch service. The one negative experience was when my wife arrived separately and she was asked to register at the front desk before being allowed to use the elevator with me - the staff member could have been more communicative, helpful, and professional as to the necessity of the task. Nevertheless we had a great experience and will recommend.

Our visit to Colombia started with a week stay in Bogota. The Sheraton Hotel was exceptional! From the free airport shuttle service, to the assistance and greeting upon arrival at the hotel by the bellman, to the greeting at the Front Desk, everyone was especially nice and welcoming! We were on the 10th Floor and the room was amazing. Perhaps most impressive throughout our stay and which started our days off with a great feeling, was the breakfast Camila made to perfection and Alex ensured we had our hot chocolate drink. Their welcoming smile every morning and pleasant greeting started our days off with perfection!

I can’t thank the Sheraton team enough for the exceptional care and kindness they have shown us during our long stay—especially as my dad is recovering from surgery. The entire team is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone—from the front desk, lounge staff, front door staff to housekeeping—is warm, professional, and attentive to every detail and request. Special thanks to Alex, Marisol, Camila, Sebastian, John & Johncito and every single staff member for taking great care us. I’ll never forget the experience, and I’m incredibly grateful. Thank you, Sheraton, for turning a challenging time into a comforting one.
