The staffs was excellent Just need an ATM machine on property or an exchange center in the building Staffs need alittle more English classes But am currently working on my Spanish courses Overall awesome experience especially Stephanie from front desk..beautiful simile,awesome service Can't wait to rebooked

Honestly it was the best experience both my family and i had. The staff was extremely hospitable and always willing and helpful to assist you in anyway possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in bogota.

Breakfast buffet at the Sheraton Bogota Restaurant is excellent; in fact, it is one of the best we’ve ever had in our many travels around the world. It offers a wide variety of options, suitable for everyone’s needs and preferences (even for vegans). We particularly enjoy the assortment of Colombian fruits and dishes, and fresh Colombian coffee. Furthermore, the staff are the fantastic. They are welcoming, warm, polite, and very accommodating. They always greet us by name, with a big smile, and they remember our preferences. It’s a real pleasure to engage with them every morning.

Great hotel near the airport easy free safe shuttle bus transfer from ground floor international terminal gate 1 every half hour staff are very good
