Sheraton Bogota Hotel

The service provided by the entire staff was outstanding. The team at the Sheraton Club is exceptional highly professional, dedicated, and always going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and well cared for.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel and, while the property has some positive aspects such as courteous staff and a decent location near the airport, my overall experience was disappointing due to a fundamental issue: the lack of hot water in the shower. For a hotel that brands itself as a high-end option, I expect basic amenities like consistent hot water to be a given. Unfortunately, during my stay, the water was either lukewarm at best or completely cold, making showering very uncomfortable. It’s a real letdown because the hotel otherwise has potential — the room was clean, and the lobby area was welcoming. But without reliable hot water, it’s hard to justify the premium price tag. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue promptly for future guests.

I stayed one night during a long layover and had a lovely stay! The breakfast was incredible, and the staff was helpful and professional. I would definitely come back!

Nice Hotel, only thing we stay only for one night!

Second disappointing stay at this hotel. First one wasn’t great and this time I couldn’t even sleep well. I am a Bonvoy Titanium and the first time, they wouldn’t upgrade me and the room was terrible. The second time I booked and paid for a suite, as they don’t upgrade Titaniums apparently. Room 1026 was OK, However, it is a connecting room with a door that does not close well. My neighbor in 1028 decided it was necessary to have loud phone calls in his room starting at 6am and a curious one every night at midnight. I asked the front desk to intervene and they didn’t do anything. The last night I had to give up and knock on the door myself. What kind of hotel experience is this? I brought my boss and coworkers and I chose the hotel, and they all had similar mediocre experiences in their rooms. The second star is just because I held an event at the hotel and that went quite well, but it is an entirely different team. When I complained upon check out, somebody sent me a text which I answered, and they did not even reply.

The best experience everyone there are super nice definitely worth it and I will come back

My mother stayed a couple of nights due to a delayed in her flight to Venezuela. Their service weas great and mom was delighted with the Hotel in general. Great Breakfast buffet. Thank you very much.
