Stayed here after arriving a day ahead our group. Very nice room. Well appointed, comfortable. Outstanding breakfast included omelettes, etc. made to order. Half the price of the Bogota Marriott. Highly recommended. Xxxxxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxxxx

The property is well located.

Easy taxi ride from the airport. Check in took longer than we’d have liked after a long flight but staff were very friendly, Room was large but looking a bit dated. Good sized walk in shower with excellent water pressure. Food in the lounge for both breakfast & evening drinks was very good. Plenty of choice . Only draw back was the reluctance to top up our wine glasses . Uber rides are easily available & cheap.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. They even helped arrange transportation to our concert, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. I have nothing but positive things to say and will definitely return next time.

The on-site restaurants offer a fantastic selection of dishes, with delicious food and impeccable service. Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was a delight. Overall, the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding service, exceptional amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogotá and will certainly return in the future!

excelent proprety

It's not far from the airport and is in a very good neighborhood. The room looks very new and the breakfast buffet is good. Sheraton always has good pillows and comfy beds. But it could be noisy due to the airplanes flying over. The shuttle to the airport is free but we left tips to the driver. The shower floor might be slippery, be careful and hold the bar all the time.
