Hyatt Regency Hua Hin

Hotel Location is Perfect. Staffs are Helpful. Rooms are quite old. One pro of this good hotel is having Room that could bring your dog with and giving the special toy for your dog. The beach besides the Hyatt Regency is the additional pro of the hotel.

The hotel was just next to the beautiful beach. Location of the hotel was great as well, where it is very near to Hua Hin town yet it remained in an area with less traffic. We drove there, so it was easy driving to and from town. They even have buggy service to bring you to and from the car park. The pool(s) were excellent where we spent quite a lot of time there. Went with 2 kids under 12. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, just the atmosphere felt hectic during breakfast as the tables were a bit too close to the food lines. The staff were very attentive and take orders for coffee/tea.

Hotel se nachází na hezkém místě přímo u pláže a s udržovanými zahradami. Snídaně byla vynikající s velkým výběrem a skvělým servisem. Většina personálu byla milá a ochotná, děkuji za příjemně strávený pobyt.

Ze začátku jsme měli problém s přiděleným pokojem v klubové části, po dlouhém dohadováním s arogantní prý managerkou klubové části jsme museli jednu noc strávit v pokoji, kde nešlo otevřít okno, byl zařízený tmavým starším nábytkem a místo záclon byla obyčejná roleta, která v noci nezajistila dostatečné zatemnění, tento pokoj rozhodně neodpovídal této kategorii ubytování. Následující den jsme byli přestěhováni mimo klubovou část, kde bylo ubytování s velkým balkonem s pěkným výhledem do zahrady a bazén,. Pokoj byl sice jen se sprchou, ale světlejší, zařízen novějším nábytkem, než ten v klubové části. Z tohoto důvodu nedoporučuji doplácet dost peněz za klubovou část, která by potřebovala renovaci.

Still a very nice hotel. We stayed with Club access, and over the years we have visited the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin five times. The staff provide an excellent level of service, but overall the hotel shows signs of having been in operation for many years and some lack of maintenance; paint etc.

A fabulous stay in the club rooms area, a small hotel within a large resort! We were delighted with the staff food and accommodation. Very helpful staff and friendly the pool was so clean. Food was very good also!
