Location: The hotel is located in a very quiet area slightly outside of Hua Hin and sits on a very large property directly by a wonderful beach. During our stay, the beach was mostly clean. Particularly beautiful is the spacious, well-maintained, and lush garden landscape, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Architecture: The resort is designed in a traditional Thai style and has a lot of charm. Rooms: The room interiors are in need of modernization. Restaurants: The Figs restaurant is only average. Club: The Club Lounge is nicely designed, but the furniture should also be renewed. In addition, it is often too small for the number of club guests. The food offerings (breakfast and cocktail hour) are acceptable; however, in many other 5-star hotels – including within the Hyatt group – one usually finds a higher standard in terms of both quality and selection. Service / Staff: The exceptionally well-coordinated team deserves special recognition. From the club staff to housekeeping and the laundry service, all employees were very friendly, attentive, and professional. The service was excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. Our therapists, Khun Apple and Khun Koi, at the beautiful spa were outstanding.

We were in Club section. It was very nice experience. We appreciated the kindness of the Hyatt people and the quality of the breakfast and late afternoon snack. The hotel is quiet and very pleasant with very nive gardens and clean swimming pools. We missed the SPA that was over priced though.
