Hyatt Regency Hua Hin

Pool and beach were absolutely fantastic. Majority f the staff were unbelievably attentive. Location is brilliant and the grounds are stunning.

The only downside was the pool bar. Food was dire and the staff were inattentive and most definitely not engaged with their roles or the customers.

Club lounge oli todella laadukas. Tarjoilut olivat kohdallaan jokaisena iltana. Alue oli rauhallinen ja erittäin saavutettavissa tärkeimpiin kohteisiin. Ranta oli upea ja alueesta pidetty hyvin huolta. Kuntosalista plussaa. Laitteet hyviä ja treenaamiseen riittävästi.

Very spacious twin room, good size for a family of 4! We liked it that it is really by the beach, to watch the sunrise and play on the sand and in the sea. The kids club have activities to entertain the children for the whole day as well! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and were truly impressed by the whole experience. We traveled as a family with two young children, aged 4 years and 5 months, and the hotel made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from the very beginning. What stood out most was the excellent service, the beautiful surroundings, and the quality of the food. Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and during our stay we got to know several team members who made us feel especially at home. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made a big difference to our holiday. At the beginning of our trip, our family was unfortunately a little unwell, and the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and caring, especially in relation to our baby. We really appreciated how supportive and understanding they were during that time. If we were to mention one small downside, it would be that the Deluxe room felt a little narrow when managing a stroller in and out, especially with sand from the beach. That said, this was only a minor issue in what was otherwise an excellent stay. Overall, we were extremely happy with our time at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin. It is a lovely hotel with a relaxing atmosphere, outstanding service, and a team that truly cares about its guests. We would gladly recommend it to other families and anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Hua Hin.

The best hotel in hua hin, but terrible service sometimes. Ver rude and unfriendly managers at the checkin desk. We arrived the hotel at 2.20pm and our room wasn’t ready. When I requested a room to be given immediately, they became very rude and said “the checkin time is 3pm, we cannot help you”. Today we left our room at 12pm with the housekeeping sign on. We returned at 4pm and the room is still dirty. In the morning I requested for new towels in the room… took about 30 mins to come after 2 phone calls!

Beautiful resort with great facilities and fantastic staff. The setting and ambience are hard to beat. Rooms are spacious and well maintained with all amenities replenished daily. Thai hospitality at its finest with nothing being too much trouble to the staff.
