Fantastic room and service. Ahmed at the lobby bar makes fantastic cocktails. Beetroot cocktail and ginger margarita in particular were fantastic. I have never seen such a creative garnish before!

Ahmed makes an amazing beetroot daiquiri! Highly recommend! It was a refreshing way to liven up our afternoon during our tour of Egypt with UVA & Odyssey Tours.

"Beautiful hotel but full of scams"

The hotel is quite beautiful but with outdated rooms. The views are breath taking (as would be any other hotel you book with a Nile view in Luxor) and the breakfast amazing. It really isn't a 5 star hotel, maybe a 4 as its clear no maintenance just repairs have been made for a while. However stay away from any service like the spa and any other extras, the manager of the spa Eslam, will show you one price and then overcharge you 50% of the bill. When confronted about it, he laughs at your face and just says is part of egyptian culture to take advantage of people (?). I am very disappointed and will let everyone know this place is harbouring scams, we actually went to the manager of the hotel and it seems this is normal, judging from the lack of reaction and lack of accountability. This is absolutely not what a 5 star service is, it is how scammers operate.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities were excellent. The omelet station was my favorite part of breakfast! I loved watching the chef make the omelets right in front of me. Such a great start to the day! The omelet station chef were so friendly and skillful. Every dish was made with care. So tasty and made just the way I like.

"NILE BAR & LOUNGE"

Had a WONDERFUL experience and stay here, Ahmed at the Nile Bar & Lounge gave us the best experience after a day of exploring. It was absolutely perfect, I am glad we came here, he has great hospitality and made sure we were attended to at all times. Thank you Ahmed!
