Team Viceroy did not disappoint! Everything was exceptional, with a very high level of service, from check-in, to our room, the pool, beach service, and food. All was truly extraordinary. We made some new friends with the staff, and they were all extremely friendly and eager to assist us. Some special shout-outs to a few folks who were truly great in making our experience wonderful. Pepe and Luis did everything possible on the beach to ensure we had what we needed and were enjoying our stay. Jeol was very welcoming at check-in, and Alberto was very helpful with any requests made during the night. And SPECIAL MENTION to Encino who cleans your glasses like no other! The Spa was AWESOME and Rosa and Maria are very talented.

While Viceroy Riviera Maya is a beautiful and secluded property, what truly draws us back time and again is the genuine care and friendliness extended by everyone there. In recent times, there have been challenges and divisions in the U.S., but our experiences in Mexico—both professionally and personally—have continually reaffirmed our admiration for the warmth, dedication, and strong sense of family and honor among Mexican people. Overall an incredible experience. This was our 6th time to visit we love it so much. The Chef went out of his way to accommodate our special dietary restrictions of no seed oils. Amazing!

This place is truly a slice of paradise. From the moment you arrive, the natural atmosphere immediately draws you in, making you feel completely immersed in the beauty around you. The staff was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was handled with care. They went above and beyond to recognize our 15-year anniversary, making our stay unforgettable. Breakfast at the Coral Reef Restaurant was exceptional — delicious food paired with a stunning beach view and outstanding service. Our suite was spacious, private, and so comfortable that we hardly wanted to leave. If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic getaway surrounded by nature and excellent hospitality, this is the perfect destination. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Our stay was incredible. We went for a Babymoon and it was everything we wanted. The vibe was the most Chill. If you are going to party, this is not the spot for you. The resort was calm and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. We had the private Villa and it was the definition of privacy. They do an excellent job of making sure there isn’t a single spot that could look into our Villa or outdoor lounging area. We spent the majority of our time out there relaxing either on the comfortable lounging couch or in the plunge pool. The staff were so kind and respectful, after the first day, they remembered our names and our villa number. They did a great job of communicating with each other so that while we were at breakfast or dinner, the housekeepers would tidy up while we were out. The food was very good as well. I highly recommend the all-inclusive package. We saved money on dinning and drinks because of it and it made the whole stay so convenient. We will definitely be going back.

This resort is amazing, my wife and I came for our honeymoon for 7 nights and did not leave the resort a single time, it wasn't necessary. The service was amazing, the staff did an incredible job making sure you had what you needed to be comfortable and relaxed, whether it was getting you a drink while you relax on the beach, bringing you a cold rag to cool off while you sunbathe, providing you with a one of a kind view for a dining experience, or just simply having all of the staff call you by name when you hadn't introduced yourself, they were always there to make your stay better, be friendly, and make you more comfortable. Not only the service, but the privacy as well, the villas are so secluded from one another that it felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves, they do an incredible job not over-crowding the resort. It doesn't end there, the opportunities that we had to learn about the Mexican culture were endless, whether it was a tequila and ceviche class, margarita and guacamole class, or Mexican wine tasting. They had something for everybody, we took advantage of all the extras that the resort had to offer and would highly recommend them to anyone coming for their visit. We had the opportunity for a couples massage in the spa and could not have been more impressed with the set up, from the private steam room and relaxation area prior to the massage, to the beautiful outdoor setting where the massage takes place, you couldn't picture a more relaxing afternoon. One thing that struck me was that every day felt different, even with being at the resort and not leaving for a full 6 days, not one day felt the same. From the classes I mentioned earlier to the different dinner settings each night and special dinners on Wednesday and Friday, Mexican street food night (Wed., incredibly delicious) and grill night (Fri., awesome surf and turf), it felt like a new experience every night. I can't speak highly enough about how amazing our stay was and how highly we would recommend it to those thinking about a trip to Mexico.
