The location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was so friendly and they answered any questions we had.

The pool was a bit cloudy, the A/C in our room was leaking and when we let the front desk know they laughed it off like it was something that always happened. It was a bit concerning because we were having to put towels down to keep it from flooding the room. We asked if they could have someone take a look and they said it was something they’d get to eventually with all of the rooms. Then joked about not charging us for damages even though they knew it was a pre-existing thing. Overall the stay was great.

The room we rented needed minor repairs. Such as the sink faucet being very loose, the lights not working, no face towels in the room. A lot of small things like that.

Room 207. The room has a king bed in a separate room with door, 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The room accommodates 7 maybe 8 people (2 kids on the sofa bed) however there isn't enough seating unless you sit on the bed. The a/c unit was reported to be leaking (either a clogged condensate line or something similar), by a prior guest, and upon arrival to our room (we checked in at 3) a maintenance person came to the room to work on it. The a/c unit was never corrected and the floor in the king room was constantly wet from the a/c unit to the opposite wall. Towels soaked all night long. Although it was attempted several times to correct the issue, I'm not sure the maintenance person knew how to fix it. I was told 10,000 points will be added to my account since the hotel was sold out/no rooms available. We will see if that happens! Paid $204 including taxes for the room. The room was supplied with two bath towels for a room of 6-8. Front desk gave us more. The king bed sheet was stained. Why would anyone put a stained fitted sheet on a bed?! Front desk gave us another one. The sofa bed did not have sheets available in the room. Front desk gave us those. Many trips to the front desk!! The pool water was absolutely atrocious. The bottom of the pool was not visible. Whoever takes care of the pool needs to be fired. The woman working the breakfast area did her absolute best to keep items stocked, but management should have known with a sold out hotel to have 2 people working the breakfast area. Items should have been ordered so nothing would run out. By 9 a.m. (breakfast served 7-10) there was not any bread left. I am scheduled to stay again in July and will have to really think hard about giving this location another try.

Maggie had the best customer service she went above and beyond…The overall hotel was clean and in a great location.

There was nothing about this place that was good the room flooded from the time we entered it and turned on the air conditioning unit we asked for help we did not receive maintenance nor did we receive a room change we were just giving towels and told to put the towels on their air conditioning and it still flooded the entire room when we ask the management they were rude and disrespectful we did not receive a refund nor did we receive any accommodations for the problems we went through
