Easy to get to

Hotel room had an odor like maybe it used to be a smoking room. The rooms could really use updating.

Loved the friendly staff and our room. The bed was super comfy and I wished I didn't had to get up.

Breakfast- it wasn't bad but not enough of items. There were lots of kids, understandable with it being summer break, but all that was there for them to drink was water or milk. They were told they ran out of juice boxes. Like I said, nothing horrible just bad planning.

They left the ozone machine in my room because they chose to put me in a room where someone had just smoked. I did not know what it was so i did not correlate my shortness of breath to the machine. 30 minutes later, I finally asked housekeeping about it and they told the front desk. I was transferred to a new room. 2 hours later when i was in my pajamas a stranger burst into my room.! I was so frightened. He said he had been given the key to my room. I was very upset ! He was upset and we both went down to the lobby who told me “ well you must not have shut yr door properly??” He entered with a key!!! And this is not my fault. I was told a manager would call me. He did not. I was told i would get extra points. I did not. No apology, nothing . Ive heard nothing. I did not sleep at all due to fear of someone else bursting in my room!

Good location, breakfast was wonderful, staff was super friendly!
