"Not pleased with my stay"

The room floor was very dirty and slippery my bathroom had no trash can my tv was not working neither the outlets in my room. I have stayed in this hotel plenty of times and I’ve had no issues but this time the room was not as I expected

The room was comfortable, roomy, and clean. Front desk people were very competent, friendly and responsive. I have stayed here previously and will again in November 2026.
