Great staff. Very respectful guests. Awesome breakfast. Lots of things to do. Sauna, pool, beautiful beach for shells and walking, biking. Super quiet area. Their amenities are great for everything. We visited in a cooler time of the year and it was great. We felt welcome and at home really. Totally different than a beach g hotel with doors banging

My experience at this property included multiple maintenance and service concerns. The air-conditioning unit in my room showed and smelled of visible mold. While other units were replaced during my stay, mine was not. We were locked out of our room. The "water" was disgusting and appeared to be unfiltered. Do not drink it. The hotel also charges $35 per day for parking in their own lot, which was not clearly disclosed on the website at the time of booking. I was also contacted about alleged dog barking and left an audio recorder to ensure accuracy regarding the pet policy. When I reached out to management to discuss these issues, the conversation was handled in an unprofessional manner and he hung up on me. Travelers may want to confirm all fees, inspect the room upon arrival, and review recent feedback before booking.

We had the best experience at Ocean Sands Beach Boutique Inn at Saint Augustine FL. Beverly helped us up grade our room so we could see the ocean. This place is so unique in every way, from the breakfast to the games they have inside and outside of the place, you will not be bored. We just walked across the street to the beach, it was beautiful. They have so many things all around the property it is just amazing, you will keep busy just walking their property and admiring how they really care about the customers. They do fresh made cookies and popcorn daily. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the mattresses are great. This is my new go to place when we visit Saint Augustine.

Location was very convenient to nearby stores and restaurants and walk to the ocean was very short. Rooms were very cleaned but the pool bungalow needed cleaning for laying down around the pool. Enjoyed being so closed to the ocean. Value and Service was a 10. I would refer others for value and budgeting. I will come back again.

Very clean...nice smaller eclectic hotel has everything anyone would need including kids... modern rooms with comfortable beds...Free breakfast was super had everything...very nice quiet beach across street...clean heated pool...would stay there again!

This was a charming small hotel on the ocean near St Augustine. We were able to walk our dogs on the beach and everyone at the hotel was so friendly. The room was large and spacious with a full size refrigerator. They even gave us two collapsible dog bowls for our puppies when we checked in.
