Ocean Sands Beach Boutique Inn - 1 Acre Private Beach

Great atmosphere, huge breakfast selection, clean room and price was perfect for what is offered. Great coffee selection in room and staff was very friendly and helpful. Will return!

It was wonderful!

We knew that the views would be spectacular because the hotel was right across from the ocean. What we didn’t know was how perfect the actual hotel was. I believe that the hotel was put together so impeccably that no convenience was overlooked. From the minute, we checked in and were offered cookies and or popcorn, we were impressed. The room was beautifully decorated with wonderful interesting touches that you don’t find in the average hotel.Everything was spotlessly clean There was coffee, tea, water, mint, and even a spray for your pillow to help you get to sleep faster and sleep more comfortably. We've stayed in hotels that offered breakfast, but nowhere else offered a breakfast as complete as the Ocean Sands. They used Starbucks coffee, they offered two types of eggs, almost every type of cereal, hot or cold. And all the necessary, additives, milk, cream, sugar, artificial, sweeteners, all beautifully labeled, and easy to find. Nothing was skipped. We will be back as often as we get a chance to be in that area. I 1000% recommend it .

The beach view was amazing, as well as the private beach. It was perfect for a romantic getaway! Special amenities like the bathrobes, chocolates, and homemade cookies and popcorn daily were the perfect touch to make us feel welcome.

The hotel was nice, great location

The picture is deceiving. The beach is close but across a 55mph highway. Almost no visibility coming back from the beach. No crosswalk, no warning for motorists. I would not come here with a family. Very small room with very limited accessibility. No smart TV. More than two persons in room would be “difficult.” At tide, beach is very small, but probably ok just with the hotel guests. It’s secluded and quiet unless you’re in Room 102 which shares a wall with buffet and lobby. Beds firm but very crisp and clean. Service adequate if you don’t mind waiting at counter. Phone unanswered but we could hear it ring in our room

Very nice Inn loved the decor and loved the smell inside The room was very nice king bed ocean view. Loved the shower and the barn door for the bathroom door. It’s a very clean Inn the breakfast was hot and fresh every morning. A wide variety of breakfast items to choose from of course the bacon was our favorite. O

I absolutely love this place!! My husband and I have been there I know at least 6 times over the last year. The Staff are all excellent. The Beach is 15 feet away, the rooms and the views are just beautiful.
