THStayed in a club floor room with access to the executive lounge. Room is spacious with great bed, good sized bathroom, second toilet, large desk and good size lounge area. Might seem insignificant but the towels were thick, fluffy and great quality. So many 5 star hotels have poor quality towels. The executive lounge was a good size but the menu for breakfast, afternoon tea etc was not as good as I have had in other 5 stars. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and quick to attend to any needs.

CAI booked 2 Executive King rooms for two nights through Agoda for this hotel. My rate included buffet breakfast, 4pm check-out, club lounge access butler service, and free one way transfer from the airport. On arriving at the hotel we were told that no breakfast will be provided. I had taken a screenshot of the booking as well as the room amenities provided on my phone directly from the website I booked from. We are not talking about a 100.00 a night booking. We spent 590USD for 2 nights. The first front desk agent was rude and laughed at us and I was unwilling to help. We walked away when I asked for the manager. I left the counter and another agent came over and said he would like to help us. I asked to speak to the manager. Ms Anna Lui who is a duty manager came over. I explained the situation to her and she seemed uninterested in helping. She suggested we call agoda and told us it's not her problem. I would think it would be easy for her to a either offer us breakfast or b contact agoda herself. I have included screenshots. I showed her screenshots as well and she was unwilling to help. I booked another hotel and contacted agoda who in turn advised me of the error the hotel made and fully refunded me. Not sure why the hotel is willing to take a 590 USD loss in revenue over several buffet breakfasts which was clearly an error. I stood by principal as the money involved was marginal.
My stay here was awesome! The women treat you like gold and are beautiful !! Great service and quality was good. The only thing is that the pool makes you wear a stupid uncomfortable pool cap on before swimming. Wifi is slow !!! So don't bother with it too much , it's in and out. The best thing is that I hooked up with one of the maids here.
Had a great stay english communication about 80% so not to hard to do thing good shopping very close for electrical and 3 stations on the blue line for clothing and greatarkwt food court
Hotel was nice, however very small bathroom compared to the size of the bedroom. This could have been designed better. Hotel looking a little tired but still comfortable. Good gym facility and large 25m swimming pool.
Have stayed in the Pavilion every year for the past 5 years. It never disappoints. Comfortable clean room , great location. No reason to look anywhere else.
It is close to the biz center and you can get anything even at mid night.
The hotel was comfortable and staff friendly, but very few staff could speak English. This made it difficult at times. Unfortunately nearly all our hot meals arrived cold. The menu was varied and catered for Westerners adequately .
