The location and set up w view as u enter is very beautiful - not busy so it was very calm w tropical trees and plants _pool area is also very nice

Didnt like the shower - no real hot water and low pressure

"Bien pero tiene que mejorar por ese precio"

Lo más hermoso que tiene es que está frente a la playa y está la piscina.

Por el precio deberían actúalizar un poco más las habitaciones (no lo digo por que todo es madera y no moderno) Pero no tienen dnd conectar cables USB y USBC , no tienen eso pequeños detalles que hace ver la diferencia en un lugar dnd se paga casi 300 una noche.

"Beside no hot water nice view friendly staff food was good at the restaurant"

Staff was excellent went above and beyond to help us especially Miguel he tried to help with every problem

There was no hot water and the whole facility doesn’t have hot water not even the hot tub would not recommend getting a suite with a Jacuzzi tub. You will not have no hot water.

No desayuné en el hotel.

Comienzo diciendo que me he hospedado otras veces en el hotel. En esta ocasión el cuarto asignado no fue de mi agrado. Área vieja del hotel. Lleno de mosquitos. La cama muy pequeña. La ducha con puerta de cristal se salía el agua. La neverita del cuarto muy pequeña y apenas enfriaba. El dia del check out, al salir, el ascensor se dañó y tuvimos que bajar del cuarto piso con paquetes. Cuando lo informé en el lobby la respuesta no fue la adecuada. En fin, de todas las veces que he ido, la.peor experiencia. $391.00 por dos noches y me dieron una habitación de segunda y así sentí que me trataron. No es un precio barato para un hotel.
