Los cocktails en el bar muy por debajo del standard de calidad. El bartender necesita más entrenamiento en la confección de ciertos cocktails.

The bed, the view and restaurant bar next to pool and beachfront!

The elevador. My daughter and I got stuck in the elevator and no one came. We press the button for help and waited approximately 4 minutes that appeared longer 😫 and then the elevator door opened.

El cuarto es bien feo, el baño de hospital. El closet las puertas no ruedan. El stand de la maleta esta roto. Dentro de la ducha había una silla de esas de viejitos. Solo hay 3 toallas, sabiendo q somos 4. Nunca me llevaron la toalla que faltaba.

Good location

The staff was not friendly with the guests, the rooms look old and poorly maintained, and the elevator was out of order. The lock was also broken upon arrival. There was no water in the gym. The towel policy is a bit unreasonable. The facilities look neglected.

Beautiful property very well kept.

Restaurant service was slow and ran out of food staples for breakfast such as bacon and we were not informed until the breakfast was ready to be served giving us options which we were not interested in. And no option to reduce price.
