Rincon Beach Resort

Nice ocean view, good size garden view room. Short walk to pool, beach, restaurant etc.

Not a big deal but room furniture is kind of old.

Our only feedback is related to the pool: I would strongly recommend an adults only time at the pool or hot tub, and keeping the pool and/or hot tub open until at least 10. Perhaps closed to kids at 9, then an hour of adults only. Additionally, even when the pool was still open, after the sun set, there was no lighting of any kind on the pool, almost to the point of feeling dangerous. Then an hour after closing, beautiful lights finally came on.

Location and the quality of the beds.

Noisy! The cart that maids use are noisemakers, they move it all around the hallway very early, 8:00 am. When you are a guest in a Resort you don’t like early in the morning noises. The other thing I didn’t like was that the pool bar closes at 4:00 pm. When you are in a town with gorgeous beaches, you go to the beaches and return to the hotel to wind down in the pool. It would be great if the bar was open .

The lobby has an open airy feel with a nice view of the pool, although the area appears a bit weather-beaten.

The hotel entrance has a unmanned gate and needs maintenance. This property is not really a "resort". The pool has a nice ocean view, but the bird poop on most of the furniture was a deterrent. The beach on the property is small, unattractive, unattended and rocky, only two lounge chairs were provided, but not really swimmable. The front desk staff was not welcoming and although I booked a room with a garden view, the view in my very small room was of the air conditioning unit on the roof. Few amenities are provided for a relatively expensive stay.

The only thing good about the place is the view and the pool. That’s it

Room for tile floor with 1990 lamps and TVs no decorations AC unit sound like cars when they turn on definitely not worth the 200+ dollars that you pay for the room per night. I would never recommend anyone to come stay here unless you just wanna enjoy the pool in the view, but the rooms are very disappointing for the price.
