This hotel sits within 100 meters of what feels like 40 trillion gallons of clean water, yet somehow claims it can’t provide drinking water in the room. A truly impressive level of irony. The place is painfully understaffed. Valet costs $30 a night, and getting the car back took almost 30 minutes—apparently that fee is for the suspense, not the service. The room we were given was unacceptable: half-eaten snacks left behind, a damaged bathroom sink, and loose screws on the floor. Either no one bothered to clean or no one bothered to check—both are bad signs. To top it off, every time we passed staff, we were pressured into a “hotel tour” for perks. The nonstop upselling was exhausting and made the stay feel like a timeshare ambush rather than a hotel experience. For the price, this place delivers neglect, delays, and desperation. Save your money—and your patience.

Property is in a good condition just a bit getting outdated.
