Hilton Vacation Club Lake Tahoe Resort South

The property itself was great. Rooms are small but clean. Property is right on the lake. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. We did have a hard time getting our room confirmed until 2 days prior which was very stressful but that wasn't the resorts fault

The property was near the lake and is surrounded by everything you need like banks, groceries, restaurants. We also love the facilities and activities they had for Christmas when we were there. Valet was superb! Being able to do our laundry was indeed a plus! We felt safe during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Location , staff, cleaniness

Air ventilation was very noisy. Woke my up from sleep several times. Hot tub was too small and the steam irritated eyes. Wonder what chemicals are added.

The location is perfect. There are so many things to walk to. Lots of eateries. Starbucks is right down the street. The hotel had happy hour every day from 2 to 6 PM. Very nice staff.

I would like to suggest that there be more comfortable chairs out by the barbecues. More people may hang out there if there was comfortable seating.

Very centrally located.

I had booked an extra date and it was difficult for the staff to figure out that nuance. Had to get keys reprogrammed had housekeeping show up unintended... I have higher expectations for Hilton then services received.

I liked everything it was a new experience for the family.
