I liked the aesthetic of the property.

I was really disappointed with my stay. First, I was unaware of the hidden fees, including the $200 deposit, which felt excessive on top of the rate already paid. I also did not like that valet parking was the only option, it was inconvenient, and every time my car was returned it was left unlocked, which made me uncomfortable. At checkout, I needed a cart to take my luggage, so I called the front desk. The woman who answered told me to get it myself. I was traveling alone with two young boys, and that response felt dismissive and rude. For the price I paid, the level of service and overall experience did not match the value.

The location was excellent! Right by beautiful Lake Tahoe. The room was great and comfortable. The valet service was very efficient.

The location is nice, easy access to restaurants and shops. The facility itself appeared to be clean for the most part.

The rooms were very small, you barely had enough space to walk around the beds. Beds were very worn out and uncomfortable, we had 3 rooms in our group and all had the same experience. We had a leak in our room and maintenance said it was normal since the AC was on, not sure what is normal about a leak. Window lock was broken and will not open. Not sure if the HVAC return was functioning but there was not enough air flow in the room specially the bathroom which had too much moisture the entire time. Pool is too small for a 364 guess room resort and not heated. $27 for parking is a little outrageous. Too expensive for what it is.

The rooms were comfortable but a little outdated. Our room didn't have a bolt lock but we still felt safe so that's a good thing and says a lot about the facility.

No complimentary breakfast. Sometimes we didn't want to leave the hotel for breakfast and the restaurant doesn't start serving food until 2pm I believe. We could have cooked our own breakfast cause a kitchenette was available but I am one of those people that does not want to cook on a vacation lol!

We stay here all time when go ski everything wonderful we remember one thing add clock. Inside the pool or spa. Sometime people don’t bring phone. If want time is outside look sometime cold. Everything else great. Staff wonderful
