Elevators did not work 2 days in a row. Our patio door would not open. Our carpet in room was soaked and it was just covered with a towel.

Soaking wet carpet. Key card not working and getting new ones every single day. Elevators half the time didn’t work. Patio door would not open.

Localização.

Poucos elevadores funcionando, com demora para descer e subir todas as vezes que usamos. A limpeza do quarto foi realizada apenas em 1 dia da nossa estadia de 6 dias, isso porque tivemos que insistir, ligar na recepção, e só vieram a noite. Quarto com carpete mofado, com manchas e cheiro desagradável. Banheiros com necessidade de manutenção, ducha com pouquíssima vazão e cerâmicas quebradas e manchadas.
