I did not know how to find my room. I was just.given a room number. I asked a worker in the elevator after I could not find my room and she told me where. I explained i had went that way but I didn't see my room. I asked her she can come with me. She then walked me over. No one said you have to open a door and then your room is inside that door. Expected more customer service.

The upgrade to the suite

They didn't accommodate my reservation and continued to blame booking.com for advertising the wrong room. I booked ocean front room and they gave me partial ocean front even when upgrading me to a suite. Jesus was rude and doesn't understand the customer gets what they paid for not what they want to just give me. He also insisted they dont have ocean front rooms but that was what I booked and what was on my reservation. YOLIENE THE MANAGER UPGRADED ME TO A SUITE WHICH WAS NICE BUT STILL A PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW. Then I had someone try to walk in my room without me letting them in talking about they thought I was checking out (a whole day early) and house keeping wanted to clean up. Im sure the front desk communicates with house keeper on check outs which seemed weird. I didn't like that and it didn't seem safe at all. I would never stay here again and I may not use booking.com again either cause every time I do I feel like a step child because they're 3rd party. Horrible experience for it to be my birthday.

"Don waste your money or be fooled by lying reviews"

This place is a sad reminder of what was probably a nice hotel many years ago, but those days are clearly long gone. The room layout is bizarre and impractical, the floors and surfaces felt damp or wet, and the bathroom had peeling grout and broken tiles. The smell throughout the room made the whole stay even worse. It feels run down, poorly maintained, and honestly neglected. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here.
