Love the location of this hotel. Our room was huge for our family of 5. Good closeness to the beach an pool.

Added fees, prices for umbrellas and chairs. Room wasn’t ready at our check in time. Had to wait over an hour. Prices are high for a somewhat dated hotel.

El desayuno bueno , pero te dicen incluido y al final te lo cobran, pedi y reserve una habitacion con balcon y vista al mar y aunque estaban desocupadas , nos asignaron una con la ventana rotas , los vidrios opacos .

esperaba mejor , el personal no habla espanol y ni se esfuerzan por hacerse entender ,las toallas para la playa desgastadas , viejas .

Da localização.

Hotel velho, mal conservado, ar condicionado barulhento (tive que desligar durante a noite para poder dormir), colchão ruim e camas pequenas (dormi em uma cama e minha esposa na outra). Apenas 2 elevadores (1 quebrado) que demoram 15 minutos para chegar. Funcionários pouco cortês, às vezes bravos.

La ubicación, la habitación y baño.

Los ascensores, había que esperarlos muchísimo tiempo , el de servicio estaba sin funcionar y uno de los 3 ascensores para los huéspedes no funcionaba. Podías estar muchísimo tiempo esperando y una vez que llegaba paraba en todos los pisos. A su vez, el personal muy mala onda, sobretodo los del front desk y la gente de limpieza. Los señores del valet parking en general muy correctos. En el restaurante también nos atendieron bien.

Very tired. One of 3 lifts broken for entire stay. Lifts shared with staff for cleaning etc… so when busy… ridiculously long To get to/from rooms
