DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort - North Miami Beach

Everything was perfect, the only thing I didn’t like was that even if you pay all-day parking my family couldn’t leave to have dinner and come back without having to pay again.

location to this lovely hotel is excellent and the rooms are lovely and remade daily don't refill tea and coffee but can get at the restaurant done some lovely excursions the only problem is with the entertainment team for when the entertainment came out and performing the entertainment team kept speaking in French and this was every night we had a few words with the entertainment team but with no prevail entertainment team is the problem

No cumplieron lo prometido y contratado por nosotros en booking , así mismo la responsabilizaron de sus incumplientos, no incluyeron el desayuno y solicitaban su pago ,el que debi hacer el primer día ante la necesidad, me pareció pesimo y busque en la zona para desayunar , ídem con servicios de playa , por lo que no los usamos ningún día, las instalaciones carecen de manteniendo ,ejemplo de los tres ascensores solo uno era confiable , es decir no pude disfrutar del desayuno ni playa

First and foremost, the front desk was top-tier servir at all times. The front desk was extremely kind, very helpful, welcoming ,informative, and smiles all around! They were very welcoming and made fun and a very positive experience!! I think they should get a party to celebrate them every day! The Cleaning staff were also very kind as well, of course shout out to the Cleaning staff! I think this is also one of the best valet services I’ve experienced in a long time , for the day of the 15th for most of the morning and daytime there was one manager who was just rude and asked us How was he supposed to find our car without our ticket? I felt like I was being scolded by my father and it was just extremely unnecessary so I stopped making contact with him after that and had My Friend do the rest. The property was very clean and the downstairs store. Staff was also very kind along with security!

The main thing that would keep me away from the property, which is sad to say is how the rooms are set up . we were locked out of our room by whoever was staying in the shared room facility. So to access the hotel bedrooms there is one main door and as soon as you open that door, there are a set of two doors to two different rooms. A guest staying in one of the separate rooms had locked us out for our room and it was just inconvenient & had to get security . I think a very odd set up unfortunately… The only reason I would stay here again is for all the positives listed above, including the front desk staff!

nos vendieron la habitación con desayuno incluido y no era asi, solo daban un voucher x $20 pero cada plato costaba mas de ese valor y no habia con quien hablar x explicar que deberiamos tener el desayuno cubierto, tuvimos que pagar extra!!!!!!! aparte costos abusivos en cualquier extra, la atención del personal pésima. el día que llegamos de 3 ascensores solo andaba 1 que estaba siempre ocupado......
