nos vendieron la habitación con desayuno incluido y no era asi, solo daban un voucher x $20 pero cada plato costaba mas de ese valor y no habia con quien hablar x explicar que deberiamos tener el desayuno cubierto, tuvimos que pagar extra!!!!!!! aparte costos abusivos en cualquier extra, la atención del personal pésima. el día que llegamos de 3 ascensores solo andaba 1 que estaba siempre ocupado......

The location in Sunny Isles Beach is excellent and convenient for families visiting the Miami area. Some staff members were polite and attempted to assist when concerns were raised. The replacement room was cleaner than the initial assigned room.

Unfortunately, the overall accommodation quality and operational standards were far below what we expected from a Hilton-branded property in Sunny Isles Beach. Our initial room presented multiple cleanliness and maintenance concerns, including visible dirt accumulation under beds, bathroom cleanliness issues, aging carpet conditions, and a gas-like odor from the balcony area that required technical inspection. Although we accepted a room relocation during our stay, many concerns continued in the replacement room, including lack of a full mirror, insufficient storage space for a family stay, poor bathroom functionality, maintenance inconsistencies, sticky balcony doors, and generally outdated room presentation. The building also experienced operational problems during our stay, including elevator malfunctions and congestion. The overall atmosphere unfortunately felt disorganized and significantly below expected Hilton standards. What disappointed us most was the large difference between the internationally recognized Hilton brand expectations and the actual guest experience delivered at this property.

If I could rate this place and Hilton -5 I would. This hotel scams people using bait and switch tactics when reserving a room through the Hilton app. We have been long time Hilton honors members, my husband has for the last 20 years used Hilton Hotels when traveling for work and we are Hilton AMEX Card holders. We have been completely Hilton brand loyal. This unresolved issue changes that for us. We went on our Hilton app to book a room, and during the booking process, we were offered an upgrade for a little more money which we selected to take. We discovered after going into the app several days later that we were not booked for the paid upgrade room - we were booked for a room I never would have selected to stay in. This is classic bait and switch by Hilton. We’ve called the hotel. We’ve chatted with the hotel. The hotel requested an email of the screenshot we took during the booking process which we did twice. Nobody ever called us back from the hotel or responded to the emails they requested we send. So today we called Hilton to try and resolve the the bait and switch issue. My husband spent an hour with them on the phone. Nobody is willing to even look at the evidence of the bait and switch that they pulled. In fact, Hilton didn’t offer any type of resolution for the issue so at this point we just want our money back. This has been a horrible experience with Hilton and this hotel. Weekend getaway is definitely ruined because of this. And NO ONE at Hilton cares. I want to be clear - their system NEVER ONCE NOTIFIED US that the room was no longer available during the booking process. We have never experienced anything like this with Hilton, but now we will be canceling our Hilton credit card and gifting our points away because this is just insane. We’ll find another hotel chain to work with going forward.
