Terrible! Choose anywhere else! The buffet food is marginal at best if you like dried out chicken and pork and limited choices. Asked for white wine. No Chardonnay, no Pinot Grigio, no Sauvignon Blanc. Only nasty moscato moscato. Coffee bar has morning hours til noon but everyone I passed it during those hours it said closed. Pool bar is the only place serving lunch. Plan on an hour plus to get your food after waiting and waiting for uptight staff to acknowledge you. Diet Coke is flat and they don’t offer in cans. Pool bar will randomly stop taking food orders because they are overwhelmed. Watched the chef chat with another staff member for 10 minutes without even checking the grill. Rooms are ok, beds comfortable. Towels are sandpaper rough. Spend your money elsewhere unless timely edible food and friendly staff don’t matter to you.

Wondeffuk resort!! Louisa and Bethany were my favorite bartenders.. ended up with a signature drink Bethany called Jessie's girl. (Im Jessie lol). Louisa even cooked my lunch one day because they were short staffed! Ntohing short of excellence with those two. Orlando was my all time favorite! He is the normal activities coordinator. Made me feel safe paddle boarding and kayaking. It was my friends first time kayaking and she ended up loving it!. He has a new activity everyday! Tie dye bags, painting and beads..

The Carina Bay was an excellent Resort and already planning on going back. Everyone was very friendly.

This is NOT a resort. The pool had bugs that were swimming around, the hot tub did not work, there were blood splatters on the second and third floor. I reported the blood splatters and they were never cleaned up. We all returned home with bug bites I would not recommend this place.

Bethany, Luisa, and Gregg made my trip! Hotel could help with more staff as they work so hard but great girls trip

Had myself the best Bartender ever “Louisa” @ Divi resort she was the best thing ever, Louisa actually can run ocean bar & grill Sunday Smiling Louisa bibes, we love her

What a great experience in St. croix Virgin Island, we fully enjoyed our stay at Divi Carina hotel, all thou hotel need more up scale restaurants on site, but please visit Ocean Bar by the pool & say hi to the best BARTENDER Louisa she got this whole vibe & a great smile 👍🏾👌✌🏽

Resort looks a lot better on the website than it actually is. Our room had lots of ants, the food was not very good and was short on food. Had to wait to be served our beverages, including water, and was half way done or completely done with our meal by the time we were asked what we'd like to drink. The beach was full of seaweed and the water was nice very appealing. The fitness center only had water the first day we were there and was not refilled for the rest of our stay. Check out is already earlier than usual, 10am, and before 10am staff was knocking on our door asking when we were checking out. Dissatisfied with the stay and would not recommend.

They were completely under staffed, didn't have hardly any food to eat except the pool bar and grill we had to eat there for 7 days straight, it was ok bar food. The breakfast buffet was horrible the food was terrible

The room was perfect with a perfect view of the ocean! Staff cleaned the room everyday on our 6 night stay! The atmosphere of the pool area was relaxing and fun, NO KIDS! The hot tub was big and beautiful, salt water, my fav. We made so many fast friends, a lot of people from the Midwest and northeast, cold places. The staff were attentive and friendly! Thank you Orlando, Gregory, Bethany, Louisa and Scotty Boom Boom!!! I wish we could remember everyone’s name of the people that took such good care of us because the service was fantastic! The front desk ladies were so courteous and helpful! The food was delicious! There was a well thought out buffet every night! We had taco night, Italian night, Caribbean night! We loved the fried plantains, cod with creamy capers, jerk chicken, yellow rice and mimosas from the east end coffee shop (before 11am). We went sailing full day at Buck island with Big Beard, ATVing at West End off Rainbow Beach and kayaked with bioluminescence on salt river, no need to get the see through kayak at night. Sargassum seaweed was cleaned daily and was a part of nature. It was also minimal. If you want a sargussum seaweed free beach.. travel to another side of the island and deal with screaming kids and paying for your drinks and food. This place is a gem and we loved our stay:)
