My two adult children and I had a fabulous trip. Plenty of space and nice view. Easy access to the beach.
Pool was 86 love that. but the building is outdated for the price. We got 2 rooms full kitchen and the second room never got below 79 the whole time and our fridge stayed at 44. The elevators were always broken had to wait on them for like 30 minutes. No safe key in the condo and the bubbles never worked on the hot tub. But the location was nice and i still enjoy the trip.

Overall the property is excellent being in a great location, safe, etc. Be aware that an “A” room is an add on room to a suite. So there is no kitchen or living room area. It is basically a hotel room with a toaster oven, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot and a few dishes. The sink is actually the bathroom sink. My bed had sand in it the first night and had a dirty spot on it, so the bed sheets had not been changed. The room could use some paint. The room does come with an umbrella and two chairs that you ask for at the beach which was a definite plus!! There is a coffee shop about 1/2 mile down the road that we walked to each morning and Whales Tail has delicious food right on the beach. Overall we had a good trip and the room was okay for a few days…
The property was in the perfect location
Great location, close walk to the beach. Small one bedroom unit. The bedroom is particularly small, queen bed was pushed against one wall, causing one of 2 to crawl out the back! No closet, a dresser, but nowhere to store your luggage. No stove, just an electric cooktop, and cabinets were full so nowhere to put our food, no extra counter space, extra small sink, small refrigerator. Placards on slider door to patio are on the wrong sides of the door, step up when you need to step down, etc.

The room dirty and outdated. The waitress rude in the restaurant. The staff shut down the hot tubs because of unruly teenagers instead of making the parents responsible for their children. Punished everyone for thier behavior. The check in counter did not communicate that the silicone bracelets bands that are issued and are to be worn would be a 10 dollar charge if not left at check out. They indicated that you needed them to use the pool and to issue another would be a 10 buck charge. DID NOT say they must be turned back in. My kids wore them home on the ankles. They then charged me $40 for them!!! I offered to send them back to the hotel and was denied. Those things are literally pennies at most. How shameful!!!!
One of the sliding closet doors in the hallway was off the track, and the other one fell off and caused some of the wood wallets to come out. It was ok, but worrisome . I didn’t want the owners to think we did that.
