Our stay was amazing! Our AC was at 80 and owner of our room came and checked on us and helped us fix it!! He was so sweet!!
Super dirty. I arrive and the floor was super sticky, AC was broken. Eventhough the AC tech fixed it but it still does not cool enough. Broken floor. Leaking on the ceiling. Smelly bedsheet. Cockroach in the bath room. Smelly bathroom and pluming issue too. The onlything i like about this place is that it is next to the beach. That is it. I wont never come back here again.
I give a 5 star review because it's got great potential to do great. We had a few hiccups that could have reduce our overall rating but they are a business and all businesses deserves good reviews even if there's issues. I spoke w/ the front guest representative and told them the issues we had in our room.
Property is bit old but clean beautiful view from balcony my room was clean bathroom was clean we had a good time specially the resort has it’s on beach you get a code to get in and out so it was a great experience.
We enjoyed being close to the beach!!! We did not enjoy having to sleep in bunk beds as two adults.

I’m sure the resort is great. But my reservation through Expedia was wrong and didnt match the listing. Ended up with a bunk bed !?

Everything was great ! We will definitely be back. One thing that wasn't communicated is some rooms come with beach chairs and umbrellas they put on the beach daily... so check at the hut on the beach to see if yours does.
We stayed here on our honeymoon in 1998. Returned to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It’s not as good as it was in 98. The vacasa rental company is not good. They had about 10 people ready to mutiny on the Sunday afternoon of checkin because of lack of customer service. The condo was nice but the small things were overlooked (kitchen utensils, tv remote batteries, light bulbs out, etc) Free beach service is nice but you’re a 2nd class citizen. Owners get the front row and are mostly not present. So too many umbrellas make for a crowded beach with no one there and you’re on the 2nd or 3rd row and can’t see the ocean because of their empty umbrellas
